You should visit the Wayback Machine (http://web.archive.org/) and type in your URL. They have archived some, not all, of your posts. Mostly the old ones. You can also run a Google search query for your URL and view the cached pages (the query will return your site as the top result; click the link that says "cached" just under the listing)...this will allow you to retrieve the first page of your blog (the most recent posts). Also note the link, "More results from oct17.com »" under the second-ranked search result)...this will give you access to several other pages that Google has cached. Google supposedly only keeps their data for 2 years, but between them and the wayback machine you should be able to recover a decent portion of your work. Hope that helps! I read your blog from time to time; you may not recognize my name but I am the scruffy-looking nerfherder from Download.com who worked with/for you briefly when you redesigned ZDnet Downloads in 2003). Cheers and good luck! Stephen – Sorry to hear about your blog. You should visit the Wayback Machine (http://web.archive.org/) and type in your URL. They have archived some, not all, of your posts.
